You have displayed a tendency to desire that which is not allowed and is prohibited. You could have browsed freely through millions of other Web pages, but you decided to disobey.

God created a wonderful paradise and gave it to Adam and Eve. They could do anything they wanted and eat anything they wanted. The only rule given to them by God was that they could not eat from the forbidden tree, the tree of knowledge of good and evil. However, just as you entered this forbidden room, so also did Adam and Eve eat from the forbidden tree. They chose to disobey God's warning.

When Adam disobeyed God, he brought sin into the world. Sin brought a host of consequences, the most terrible was death. Sin brought physical and spiritual death into the world and would eternally separate mankind from God.

But Jesus Christ, the Creator, loved us so much that He died on the cross and paid the penalty for our sins. He offers each one of us forgiveness. Jesus Christ is the only way to gain forgiveness so that we can live eternally with God in heaven.

We must accept His gift of forgiveness, it cannot be earned. How do we accept this gift? Believe in Jesus Christ as your savior, the one through whom we gain access to the Father. Your faith is all that is required. As you come to know Jesus better, you desire to do His will. We please God when we act in obedience… so go now and sin no more.
