Hebrew: מַלְכִּישׁוּעַ —transliteration: Malkishua —meaning: king of wealth, or my king is wealth, or my king is salvation, or the king brings deliverance —occurrences: 5 (in 1 Samuel and 1 Chronicles)

This is the name of the 3rd son of Saul the first king of Israel (1 Chronicles 8:33).

This prince perished along with his father in the battle of Gilboa against the Philistines (1 Samuel 31:2).

His brothers are Jonathan, Abinadab (also called Ishvi or Ishbaal), and EshBaal (IshBosheth).
