“He survived three years of hard time. Now comes a little family time.”

Here’s what the distributor says about their film: “When Tommy (Tim Allen) gets released from the big house, he discovers life on the outside is even crazier than it was behind bars. Tommy’s eccentric sister Viki (Weaver) won’t get off his back, his sexy ex-girlfriend won’t leave him alone, and his former partner in crime Gray (Liotta) won’t take no for an answer. Through it all, Tommy might just find the girl of his dreams and get convicted of love in the first degree.

He finds himself falling for his probation officer, who is also a single mother. Tim Allen’s directorial debut is a heartfelt comedy with an ensemble cast.”

Negative—I rented this show thinking it would be funny and clean as Tim Allen was on the cover. The film preview is R-Rated trash showing nudity and explicit sexual content. My TV Guardian, which filters foul language, worked so hard that I was only able to hear ever other word of clean dialogue. I had to stop the show, 30-mins into the film, when the main love interest was starting to handle a sexual toy in the context of a bachelorette party.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Extremely Offensive / Moviemaking quality: 2
