Year of Release -- 2000  Positive - Very eye opening! I was impressed with the amount of research this film had put into it. As a protestant, I have never followed these sightings of the Virgin Mary and had no idea what some of these manifestations taught. There is some very anti-biblical messages present and it is certainly fascinating to see how these seemingly "Christian" happenings could work into biblical end-times prophecy! My only negative reaction to this film is that it wasn't edited tighter... a half hour could probably have been taken out without watering down the message. Positive - I thought that the three-stage approach in the movie was very
good, building as it did on popular conceptions before moving on to
demonstrate from clear Bible texts that the Word of God should be the
basis for making a value judgement, not our own opinions, guesses etc. Positive - A must see for every Catholic and everyone that knows a Catholic.
